
Lobres has grown a lot over the past decade or so, with more inhabitants and more cars, so much so that traffic has become a problem.
Owing to the fact that the Catalán Regional Police have failed to act, the Guardia Civil and Policía Nacional have moved in to evict voters and voting officials from the occupied schools.
So, what does the Scotland ‘No’ vote mean for Catalonia? Well, in truth, not an awful lot really, but it has made the public in Catalonia (and many other countries worldwide) sit up and take notice. Particularly the ‘turnout’ figures.
The good folk… and the bad ones, will have a chance to vote in a referendum on whether they want a Casa de la Cultura or not. Not only ‘if,’ but where.
