Almuñécar Fire Suspect Arrested

The Guardia Civil, police operation, Bermejafire, instigated to find out the culprit behind the Peña Escrita blaze this summer has made an arrest.

There was a sprinking of snow on the Costa Tropical on Thursday, both upon the Sierra de Lújar and in the Almijarras.

The XXII Travesía a Nado de la Bahía de La Herradura, which is organised by the Provincial Council, will be held on Sunday the 4th of September.

The road leading up from Peña Parda in La Herradura towards Carmens de Mar has received some TLC from the Town Hall.

The Almuñécar Town Hall through its Órgano Gestor de Playas was forced to close down Playa Calabajío again because of overcrowding.
