New Year’s Concert

On the 4th January at 20.30h at the Teatro Calderon in Motril a total of 65 musicians from all over Andalucia will be performing in a New Year’s Concert

Mugged in a Hospital Bed

Isabel had come out of surgery for two lumbar hernias and was lying in her hospital bed on the 4th floor of Granada’s main hospital when a young man came in. This 56-year-old woman was the only one in the room because her ward companion had been taken down for surgery and her daughter had just left for work after visiting her.

East Costa Tropical Rubbish Problems

The Salobreña Town Hall have taken a step closer to approving new legislation that will see the new costings to hotels for the removal of their rubbish in 2014 and they are claiming that the amendment to the legislation will benefit 90 percent of the hotels in the town… however, some of the other 10 percent will be paying up to five times what they paid in the current financial year.

Kiddies from the Colegio Público Las Gaviotas in La Herradura had a chance to meet the local firemen, police and Protección Civil volunteers and find out what to do in an emergency.
