The Motril Councillor for Culture, Miguel Ángel Muñoz, announced yesterday the forethcoming Enclave de Sol Jazz festival at the end of this month.

Set in the Los Moriscos area of Playa Granada the 28th and 29th, the Jazz festival will feature two, prominent national-level Jazz line-ups.

Both concerts will be free of charge and will begin at 22:30h.

Festival Programme

Tuesday the 28th: El Oso y sus Sabandijas will perform. They are considered one of the freshest and most authentic blues bands on the national scene, combining traditional blues with a unique style that has put them on the map in the genre.

Wednesday the 29th: Potato Head Jazz Band will be on stage; a line-up specialising in Hot Jazz. They are considered one of the best bands of this style in Spain and enjoy significant international recognition.

Editorial comment: fortunately, they have not timed it to coincide with Almuñécar’s Jazz en La Costa, running from today to the 26th.
