Fire personnel from the city of Granada were called out to free a man trapped in his car after it went off the side of an embankment.
This occurred yesterday evening on the A-4132, which is the road leading up from Órgiva through the Alpujarra Granadina.

The car broke through a crash barrier and down a barranco some 50 metres.
An off duty Guardia Civil officer discovered the wreck and phoned in to report that the driver was unconscious and trapped within the vehicle.
Paramedics attended to his injuries (an open fracture to one of his legs) and the fire personnel got him back up to the waiting ambulance.
Editorial coment: there is no mention of exactly where it occurred; i.e., within which municipality.
