The price of fuel has shot up; something that you most probably expected and will have noticed if you have filled up recently .
This is because of the arguably illegal war started by Israel and the USA in the Middle East and the effect that the conflict has on the Hormuz Straits, where an important amount of oil-tanker traffic passes through...or used to.
