Members of an alleged, drug-trafficking ring in Dúrcal will stand trial this month and February.
The 17 suspects, were reportedly dedicated to the sale and distribution of marihuana across Europe and to French buyers.

The Public Prosecutor has recommended 18 years imprisonment for the alleged ring leader, together with fines totalling 6m euros.
The ring-leader’s wife also faces six years for her alleged involvement.
Most of the accused are Spaniards who performed specialised roles, including logistics, surveillance, transport, and procurement.
It was on the 10th of October, 2017 when the Guardia Civil carried out a raid on a cortijo in Dúrcal, where officers seized nearly 50 kilos of marihuana and over €54,000 in cash.
Further searches in other homes uncovered an additional €70,000 worth of drugs.
The prosecution claims the couple laundered drug profits by purchasing various properties, agricultural farms, and livestock.
As for the other suspects arrested, sentences proposed range from 3.5 to 18 years in prison, alongside multimillion-euro fines.
The Prosecution also seeks the forfeiture of five properties, an arable & livestock farm in Órgiva, horse stables in Dúrcal, and several vehicles.
The trial is scheduled to take place from January the 19th to February the 2nd this year.
