A man in Granada in his late 30s was arrested for illegal detention, sexual agression, corruption of minors and talking a minor into leaving home, amongst other crimes.

The police action started when a family reported their underaged daughter as missing. The police managed to access text and recorded messages on her phone, amongst them, some of an explicit, sexual nature, which had been sent to her by a man, whom she had met on social media. Her had also sent her videos of a S&M nature.

Given the nature of these messages and the danger involved for the minor, the police set about locating the sender. It was soon established that this individual, living in Granada, was already subject to a specific court order, issued by the Court of Instruction No. 4 de Terrassa for the alleged, sexual assault of another minor, under 15 years of age.

The Guardia Civil managed to contact the 39-year old suspect by telephone during which he admitted to being with the missing minor but refused to reveal her whereabouts or cooperate with the officers.

However, having obtained his address, they went straight to his home and arrested him and returned the girl to her family. Searching his home they came across variety of sex toys used in sadomasochism role play.
