Naughty with A Knife

On the 7th of last August the Guardia Civil in Almuñécar had cause to arrest a man in his mid 40s after breaking a court order.

After a violent incident involving a knife on the 5th of August between the man and fellow inhabitants of an apartment block, a judge in the Almuñécar law courts issued a court order prohibiting the 44-year-old man from reentering the apartment block.

In the evening of the 7th the man entered the block of flats and immediately the residents contacted the Guardia Civil. When the officers arrived they had to confront the man armed with a large kitchen knife, disarm him and arrest him.

He was held in police custody pending appearing before the judge today for infringing the court order.

Unfortunately, we don’t know where the building is, why he was acting in this way or pretty much anything else about him – God! We’re so honed!
