A man in La Herradura died after his car left the track on his own farmland and rolled down a barranco.

The accident was reported to the emergency call centre, 112, around 14.30h yesterday, stating that it had occurred near the Viaductor del Marchante (autovía bridge).

An ambulance, the fire service, the Policía Local and the Guardia Civil were despatched. Once at the scene the paramedics confirmed that they 65-year-old driver had died on the spot.
