Improvements to The Old Town

Salobreña Town Hall has been busy up in the Old Town making improvements so that it is ready for the arrival of Semana Santa.

They have been paying special attention to paving, manhole covers and repainting street furniture, amongst other tasks.

Some of the other tasks has been the removal of graffiti, making sure all the street lighting is working correctly and, of course, paying special attention to green areas (garden spaces).

Somewhere that they gave a good lick of paint was the Bóveda; i.e., the tunnel that runs under the church courtyard.
