The Maracena Policía Local pulled a young rider over for dangerous driving who explained that he had been trying to impress two young girls from the town.

Unimpressed the officers fined him 200 euros, as the young male rider had been doing wheelies in the centre of town.

One officer commented on their social-media account, “We don’t know whether it worked for him as a chat-up technique, but there are certainly are cheaper ways.”

Editorial comment: here’s a thought: confiscate the bike and give him a wheelchair in its place, pointing out that he had better get used to one if he keeps up riding like a pratt.
