The provincial law courts of Cantabria sentenced a man to 13 years' imprisonment who literally raped a woman and then made his dog do it - non-human semen was found in the victim.

SPN Sick Bastard in CourtThe man pleaded guilty and received a sentence reduction for both admitting guilt and because of a history of drug addiction. Bear in mind, he will also have further reductions for good behaviour, etc. However, he also has a  further eight years of probation and has to pay 16,680 euros in compensation to the victim.

The Public Prosecutor had recommended a sentence of no less that 20 years but still has the right of appeal before the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cantabria (TSJC).

The man had met the woman in a club where she worked. That same day they went to his home where she decided to stay over the next few days. Two days later they were both doing cocaine, whilst the man also consumed gin and beer. As the evening progressed his behaviour changed and turned violent, striking the woman and dragging her to the bedroom by her hair. He then shoved a pistol in her mouth and threatened to shoot her. He then raped her whilst continuing the blows to the face and head.

He then went to get a kitchen knife and cut her face whilst still hitting on several parts of her body with different objects. He then ordered her to strip and get on all fours before raping her including anally. He then called the dog in to rape her as well.

It was only when the aggressor fell asleep that she managed to escape.

When examined in hospital she had bruising to her thighs, knees, ribs, back, nose, ears, cheeks and arms, which were caused by his fists, an axe, a revolver, a metal bar and a belt with a heavy metal buckle used as blunt instruments. As a consequence of what she went through she required psychiatric a well as medical attention.

Editorial comment: seriously, just 13 years? He needs to be castrated and locked in a silver-back gorilla’s cage for a month for company. Getting drunk or being high on drunks should not be an extenuating circumstance.
