Provincial Delegate for the Central Government, Inmaculada López Calahorro, announced before the press that the Government's spent 30m euros in the province.
Of that 30m euros, 7.7m have been earmarked for the building of the new centro médico in Salobreña as part of the Plan de Mejora de Infraestructuras de Atención Primaria (MINAP).
Apparently, the commencement of the building is imminent and portacabins for work material and workers have already been placed on the building site. A perimeter fence is also going up, as well as billboards giving details of the project.
