An urbanización of 75 dwellings is being auctioned off at half their market value as the development company has gone bust.
The said properties, between 60 and 170 sq/m, are in Nerja’s Mar de Nerja complex and can be found on the specialised website, Escrapalia for 7.1m euros, whereas their combined market value is 14m euros. There are also 81 parking spaces and 79 individual store rooms.
The auction will remain active until the 24th of August and any person, company or investor can participate once they have registered on the website. A deposit of 5% of the starting price must be made.
The properties belonged to the Málaga-based, development company Mardel Promociones y Consulting Inmobiliario S.L., which has entered into receivership.
