A Sneaky Shower

A British man who allegedly entered illegally into a woman's house to take a shower stands trial this week before a jury rather than a tribunal.

AND A Brit in the Shower! The incident took place in the centre of Málaga in October 2021 and the Public Prosecutor recommends a 12 months’ imprisonment, which will automatically be converted into a suspended sentence as it is less than two years and the accused has no previous convictions. He also recommends 500 euros in compensation for moral damages.

The accused’s lawyer says that his client had been walking along the street in the early hours when he had been caught short by his bowel movements, so he entered a building’s main door.

According to the Public Prosecutor, however, he found a half-opened door on the first floor of the block of flats, whose owner had popped out a moment and had left the door ajar. The accused then took the opportunity to go in, looked through wardrobes and cupboard, looking for a change of clothes and went to the bathroom to have a shower.

He was still in there showering when she came back and she immediately realised that she was not alone, so she called the police. They quickly arrived and arrested the spanking clean Brit.
