Have you noticed the people gathered around the new parking meters? It couldn’t be more complicated.

And I’m not talking about the “Free-Parking” app, which spins its cogs again and again, asking you to re-enter all the information.

Do you think the Ayuntamiento can do anything, apart from collecting a fee?
