Right in the height of this summer's heatwaves a woman decided to bath nude in a public fountain in the city of Granada.

When the Policía Local approached her and told her that she was not allowed to bathe in the said fountain in the Plaza del Duque Pedro de Galatino, especially in the nude.

The 41-year-old woman took affrontery to this, refusing to identify herself and even went so far as to assault the officers.

The result was inevitable, she was told to dress as she was under arrest and was taken to the police station to be charged.
