A man lost his wallet in Granada with €420 euros and he didn't expect to see it ever again, certainly not the contents, but he was wrong.
Several days had past when he received a call to say that it had been handed in and, yes, his bankcards, ID and even the cash was still snuggled inside.
The cash consisted of eight 50-euro notes and one single 20-euro note
A pedestrian had come across it that same day on which he had lost it (last Thursday) and handed it in but the Policía Nacional had had difficulty contacting him at first.
They were finally able to obtain his telephone number by accessing the empadronmeniento list, where this information is sometimes included, so it is always a good idea to make sure you have included it in yours, perhaps.

I do hope via the police. He offers the finder a small token of thanks.
Very lucky man.!!
