The Guardia Civil arrest a man in his 40s, suspected of carrying out a burglary on a dwelling in La Herradura.
Back in May, the 46-year-old man allegedly took advantage of the fact that the owner was out, scaled the wall and forced a window.
Once inside, he reportedly went to the bedroom where he removed jewellery and cash that were inside a safe. The combined value of items stolen was around 100,000 euros.
The Guardia Civil inspected the scene of the burglary, searching for possible evidence that could lead to the arrest of the culprit. Amongst the fingerprints found, some pointed to a possible suspect and he was subsequently arrested.
