Strange headline but accurate: a man who had been strolling nude around Motril died of a heart attack.

The 50-year-old was no exhibitionist because he was visibly disorientated and confused as he wandered along the streets in the early hours of today.

Somebody alerted the Policía Nacional and Policía Local and they soon found him on Calle Teguicigalpa near the gasolinera next to Talleres Juan Sánchez.

The victim suddenly suffered a cardio-respiratory arrest so the police began CPR procedure until the ambulance arrived. The paramedics continued with the CPR for over half an hour but were unable to ressucitate the victim.

The police have yet to identify the victim because he obviously had no ID on him.
