La Herradura Bay has been chosen as the venue for the Campeonato de España de Vídeo Submarino 2021 by the FEDAS.

The Federación Española de Actividades Subacuáticas (FEDAS) announced that this year’s underwater-video competition will be held between the 8th and the 12th of September… if the Planet Earth is not wiped out by an asteroid strike before then.

The FEDAS Chairman, Eduard Centelles Alonso informed the Town Hall that the request for the event to be held in La Herradura had been accepted and the response from the Councillor of Tourism, Daniel Barbero was of “enormous satisfaction.” The Councillor said that La Herradura was in a sense home to all who love the “underwater world, especially those that are fans of underwater photography and video.”
