A biker met his death on the A-432 just outside Pitres (La Taha) in the Alpujarra Granadina Saturday night.

The emergency number 112 received a call around 22.30h to say that there had been a collision between a family car and a motorbike on a bend just outside the village of Pitres.

An ambulance and the Guardia Civil were immediately sent to the scene but the paramedics could only confirm that the 26-year-old victim had probably died instantly.
