The PCRs carried out on the Salobreña Town Council, including Mayor María Eugenia Rufino, have come back negative.
However, they will have to remain in quarantine during the next ten days. This means that the Mayor and her team will be working from home during this period, which will conclude on the 13th of October.
The Mayor issued a communiqué explaining this as well as informing that the municipal installations in Lobres have been completely disinfected.
Mayor Rufino also asked the inhabitants of Salobreña to exercise individual responsibility as there is the possibility of people having the virus but being unaware of it because they are asymptomatic.
