It’s not only good news for Lobres, but also for La Caleta-Guardia, as they have been included amongst the 5,000-exemption!
Salobreña Town Hall got onto the Sub-Delegate in Granada for the Central Government to request that these municipal dependencies be included amongst the list of those entities exempt from the established timetable for practicing outdoor sports, walking for the various age groups.
The Town Hall received a favourable response yesterday evening therefore, those that live in Lobres, La Caleta and La Guardia can go out any time between 06.00h and 23.00; i.e., the hour of their choice.

No, Salobreña has 12,396 inhabitants (2019 figures), including those living in the municipal dependencies of Lobres, La Caleta and La Guardia. However, as these three dependencies all have fewer than 5,000 inhabitants each, they have been included within the 133 municipalities exempt from the restrictions concerning leaving the house imposed on municipalities in general. La Herradura, which is a dependency of Almuñécar, has just over 5,000 inhabitants so it does not qualify.
Has Salobrena got 5000 people registered please?
