A local in Salobreña came across the body of a 49-year-old vagrant on Friday morning. The body showed no signs of violence.
Both the Guardia Civil and the Policía Local sent officers to investigate. According to the Guardia Civil, the body was found near the parking area of a ‘supermarket’ (Supersol) and the Gasolinera.
Although, as mentioned above, there body showed no signs of violence, protocol dictates that an autopsy must be carried out to determine the cause of death.
According to one witness, the victim, who was from Córdoba, had been sitting on a wall and had fallen backwards, but when they found him, he was dead, either from the fall, or the fall had been the result of a sudden death, for example.
