A young man has been sentenced to a 9-month, suspended imprisonment sentence for indecent exposure on a Motril beach.

According to the court sentence, on the 5th of Mayo, he masturbated in front of two young girls, aged 10 and 12, who were using a beach shower on Playa Poniente at the time.

When one of the mothers saw what was happening she confronted him but he cycled off, only to be caught by the police a little later.

Besides the suspended sentence, he also has to pay a 720-euro fine and pay the court costs.
