According to Infoca (Andalusian Forest Fighting Service) a fire was declared in Albuñuelas in the Valle de Lecrín this afternoon June 16.
At the moment 63 fire-fighters, three fire trucks, four helicopters, one command plane and a single-engine, fire bomber (Skytractor) have been deployed.
The only positive thing is that the sky over the area has rain clouds and low temperatures, although actual rain seems remote.
Infoca received the alert at 16.20h. At the time of the publishing of this article the A-4050 (Suspiro de Moro/Cabra road) has been closed to traffic between kilometre point 19 and 21.
