Mengel & Partners is a well established, top-end, real-estate company that set up shop in the Marina del Este about 14 years ago, specializing in luxury villas on the Punta de la Mona/apartments in the Marina.

It was about two years ago that they opened up an office in La Herradura near the municipal market and now, at the end of Autumn 2016, another office in Calle Real in Almuñécar.

The reason for this is that Mengel & Partners has opened up its services to include both the village of La Herradura and Almuñécar, reaching as far as Salobreña. However, they not only deal with the sale and purchase of property, but also now cover property rentals.

When Mengel & Partners manage your property rental, they take care of registering your property in the new Andalusian property register, brought into being by the Junta de Andalucia to regulate and standardize holiday rentals.

Thomas Mengel and (partner) Walter Pullirsch remain in the Marina office whilst Manuel, who speaks French, Spanish and English runs the La Herradura office.

The new office in Almuñécar is manned by Patricio, who speaks English, German and Spanish.
