The Almuñécar Town Hall has put the Peña Escrita mountain-park complex up for lease bidding. Conditions include the facility maintenance and security.

The municipal Maintenance Department has just done up the accommodation up there, which entailed quite a lot of work, especially to the log cabins, said the Councillor for the Environment, Luis Aragón.

The lease is for two years and can be extended a further two if both parties agree and obviously does not include the zoo part of the complex
