Adán L.G., 18, sits in prison awaiting trial after chasing a 41-year-old man down in his car and then repeatedly running over him until he had killed him, allegedly. The incident took place in the early hours of Monday the 2nd of February in Marchena (Sevilla).

Adán reportedly pursued his victim, Francisco Javier Luque Moreno, along three streets in his mother’s white Peugeot 307 before catching up with him. When he did catch up with him, the police reports says that he drove over him five times, which resulted in his death… not surprisingly.

Adán recognized before the Justice of the Peace that he had run over him five times, but that his intention was not to kill him, but to “give him a scare.”

Some sources say that the two men knew each other and that the disagreement was over small-time drug peddling.
