The wall of a store yard collapsed onto a lane running down the side of the Rambla de las Brujas in Motril.

Consequently, the lane was closed to traffic during most of the morning of the 5th whilst the debris was removed.

Fortunately, owing to the wall finally succumbing to high winds in the early hours of the 5th, nobody was hurt. The said lane is used by joggers and cyclists as it links to the town to the beach.

The lane was reopened to traffic around midday that same day.
