A 40-year-old woman was arrested in Valencia after a 17-year-old boy reported her for allegedly forcing him to have sex with her after a car accident.

The alleged victim waved down a Policía Local patrol car in the centre of the said city to say that a woman had sexually abused him in the stairwell of a block of flats. This was at 13.30h on the day of the incident.

He said that the woman had convinced him to enter into the block of flats in order to fill in the mutually accepted accident-report form. The woman had been driving a Smart car and the lad had been on a moped. The two vehicles had collided on Calle Sorní.

The lad was “very nervous” and was “in tears” as he recounted his experience to the policemen. He gave a full description of the car and what the woman was wearing, as well as her physical appearance.

The minor insisted that the woman pulled his trousers down as soon as they were alone…

Anyway, it wasn’t long before the police tracked down the alleged culprit in her small car, where she was informed of the accusation levelled against her. She gave a different account of the encounter.

She claimed that the lad had made a libidinous observation about her breasts and then made her a dishonest proposition. She also stated that the sexual encounter had been by mutual consent.

The protocol for the protection of minors was activated, meaning that she was arrested and the minor’s identity withheld. He was taken to a nearby hospital for a physical examination, where he expressed concern that he might have picked up some sexually transmitted disease.

At this point, the Policia Nacional took over and commenced an investigation. The woman was read her rights and what the charges were: alleged sexual abuse of a minor, then she was assigned a lawyer.

This is not the first case of its kind: on the 2nd of November, a 48-year-old woman locked her man in her flat, threatening to stab him with a syringe containing cyanide, if he did not satisfy her “libidinous needs.”

The man was rescued after he phoned 112 for help. This incident also occurred in Valencia.
