Did you know that the Alhambra is the most visited historic monument in the whole of Spain? Well, it is!

The Alhambra Palace and the Generalife Gardens saw 2,402,733 visitors through its doors during 2014 – that’s 87,456 tourists up on the previous year.

Amongst those visitors have been over 93,000 schoolchildren on official school cultural visits – nearly 5,000 more than in 2015.
