Work has recommenced below Urbanización Alfa Mar between Taramay and Salobreña on the N-340 in order to switch back to the original road.

The roadbed has been prepared and tarmacking is almost complete, meaning that traffic will soon return to the old route instead of running close to the cliff edge… thank God!

I asked the workmen there if we would be using both sections to provide double lanes for over taking but they explained that that would not be the case.
