No, we don’t mean that the vehicle was a soft top with the roof lowered. Unfortunately, Mandy Ramsey was travelling with no clothing on her upper body. We say unfortunately because she was also speeding, which caught the notice of the local, law-enforcement officers in Marion, Florida, USA. Being duty bound to keep abreast of things, they decided to pull Ms. Ramsey over and examine her docs.

Rather embarrassingly for the Marion County Sheriffs Office, the partially naked young lady managed to outrun and out maneuver all the vehicles involved in the pursuit. In doing so, she did make a couple of boobs, one was going straight through a stop sign and the other was clipping a tree as she sped by.

However, after losing her on the road, the police finally employed the helicopter, which found her at home. The vehicle was registered to her boyfriend, which explains why they weren’t waiting for her when she arrived.

The 35-year-old was arrested and spent two nights in jail before being released on a 4,750-dollar bond. The charge was ‘fleeing and eluding law enforcement,’ and her explanation for not stopping was simple: She didn’t want to be stopped by the police whilst she was semi-naked.

As for the reason she was semi-naked, again, she gave a simple explanation: “I wanted to surprise my boyfriend.”
