Motril councillor, Manuel Ballesteros, has issued a press statement to inform road users that habitually use the old Velez Benaudalla road that this road will be closed on Monday.

This is because maintenance work will be carried out on it between 8am and 8pm on the said day, the 28th of November.

In other words, if you need to get up and down from Velez Benaudalla that day, you should use the main road through the canyon.
