A young girl made the mistake of recriminating a 40-year-old man for spitting on the ground outside a discotheque in Antonio Millón in Nerja. His response was to walk up to her and spit in her face, but it didn’t stop there.

The girl had been with a group of youngsters and a 19-year-old male friend came to her defence, berating the man for his behaviour. The aggressor then calmly took a beer glass from his pocket and allegedly smashed it into the face of the teenager. As as a result L.A.R.S. received grievous damage to his right eye.

There were several witnesses to the confrontation, which took place around 4.30 one Sunday morning and furthermore, the alleged aggressor has already done time for violence, both in public and at home.
