The XII Edición of the Expo Alpujarra hit it off in Ugíjar with 42 stands scattered around the 1,500 sq/m of exhibition space. The projected attendance figure of 40,000 visitors was not overly optimistic and many thousands of people turned out for this event in its twelfth year. This year, more than any other, it also provided a welcome respite for the suffering businesses taking part in the exhibition.
