In an Andalucía-wide poll, which inquired into citizen satisfaction for their Mayors, Salobreña brought up the tail end along with Almuñécar – Benavides won last place with a 2.77 points out of 10 on the satisfaction scale. Sr. Menéndez came in with an unimpressive 3.94. So, who’s on the other end of the scale? The Mayor of Montefrío with a pass mark of 6.85 and the Mayor of Lanjarón with 6.84.
The poll was conducted in towns over 10,000 inhabitants and interviewed a total of 8,400 people. The average score for mayors in Andalucía was 5.36.
