There has been a hill fire which broke out this morning in Motril, not far above the Fábrica del Pilar. Most of the affected vegetation was dry grass and brush.

Tarmacking work on the Ronda de Poniente in Motril will mean it will be closed to traffic tomorrow – that’s the road from the Al Campo roundabout up to the hospital.
