En Primera Linea

Adam Regester – Artist

Adam is an impressionist artist and photographer who has a Masters Degree in Design and Design Management from Central St. Martins in London, he also holds a PG Cert. Ed., teaching qualification.

Dr. Animal

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of a new veterinary practice to the village. Situated in Calle Alhambra, opposite the town square, Dr. Animal will offer all the veterinary services you could want, and even a dog grooming service as well.

St. Patricks

Last year, the only place to be in the village on St. Patricks Day was El Ancla, and it looks like the evening of 17th March will be one to remember again.

Sports Ground Opens

Once again the Mayor turned up in La Herradura during February, this time it was for the inauguration of the new sports ground in the Las Maravillas area of the village.

Undermined?

It was back in 2004 when the Seaside Gazette reported on what appeared to be the commencement of an illegal build next to Urbanización El Gallo, Punta de la Mona.

It never ceases to amaze me, just how often I have to sit and listen to people being critical of the Gazette, the way we cover stories, and how we represent our all important clients. Usually laced with vociferous views on how it should be written, and what we should be writing about.

ICS New President

After three years as President, Arlene Nichols has stepped down. Under her leadership, the membership has tripled, from about 50 members to approximately 150, and the range of activities arranged by the Club has seen an immense expansion.
