Moan, Moan, Moan…

It never ceases to amaze me, just how often I have to sit and listen to people being critical of the Gazette, the way we cover stories, and how we represent our all important clients. Usually laced with vociferous views on how it should be written, and what we should be writing about.
These opinionated few are rarely advertisers, never give us any constructive criticism, never want their name put to any of the views they so desperately want printed, and have little or no idea of the rules or constraints involved in operating an advertising driven publication. Worst of all, they are generally ill informed and use little more than hearsay and personal opinions to back-up any claims.
We at the Gazette love to hear from readers, and often publish letters, no matter how critical they are of us, but if any of you just want to ‘bang on’ for 20 minutes… start a blog, you might even find a reader who’s interested.
