First Rescue of The Year!

The Málaga Fire Service was sent out on the 1st to rescue a hiker in the area Monte de San Antón.

A French citizen who had disappeared up on the Sierra Nevada three days ago, reappeared yesterday, turning up at the Alpujarreño village of Bayacas.

Another person had to be flown out of the Junta de Los Río above the village of Otívar this weekend, after suffering an accident.

A hiker was injured after falling ten metres off a cliff above Playa El Cañuelo, which is within the Municipality of Nerja.
