Annabel Keatley is an English painter living on the Granada Coast. Her paintings capture the essence of Andalucia with her vibrant color and layered textures on canvas.

I sat down with internationally acclaimed artist Rowland Fade – a self-proclaimed “lone wolf” who moved to Almuñécar in the 60’s – to chat about art, life and no regrets.
Well known, long-time Almuñécar resident & NCA-trained artist, Brian Jackson, is holding an exposition of his oil painting works in conjunction with Hotel Las Arrayanes, which is located on the Paseo de Cotobro in Almuñécar.
An artist who lives locally, Lynne is presently exhibiting in El Arbol Blanco at the top of Avenida Costa del Sol in Almuñécar, and there is also some of her work in Danny´s Bar in Velilla and Hampers in the town where you can even pick up handmade cards.
Antonio is 32 years old and is a true ‘born and bred’ son of Almuñécar. He came to study art quite late in life compared to most, undertaking a Bachelor of Arts in Motril then in college in Granada, although his love of the subject was with him from an early age.
His vibrant and exciting works will be on display at the Calmar Gallery in Almuñécar that is next to the aqueduct and the Chamber of Commerce in Almuñécar. The exhibition will be on until April 27th.
