Almuñécar’s Convergencia Andaluza (Benavides) fired off a broadside against the Mayor over the failed Hotel Bahía Fenicia project.
Work began towards the end of last month on the hillside where the 7-star hotel is planned, after the Town Hall gave the green light for geo-technical surveys; i.e., sinking bore holes for strata samples.
