Norwegian Brass Bands

The Norwegian brass bands are in Almuñécar and will be until the end of the month. Saturday saw concerts given by Frydenlud Skolekorps and slemmestap Skolekorps.
Salobreña’s Habaneras

Starting on the 30th of June and lasting until the 2nd of July, Salobreña will be holding a Habaneras Festival where Argentina will be the invited country.

The Town Hall has just announced that owing to circustances “outside its own decision making” the nighttime street market over the San Juan celebrations has been cancelled.

Art & Handicraft Exhibition

Motril Air Show Success

The Motril Air Show beat its own expectations and attracted 70,000 spectators – they had hoped for 60,000, but it’s hardly suprising with the hardware on show.
