A mother and her two children were struck by a motorbike on Calle Ancha on Sunday night. Calle Ancha is the one that starts in front of the old bus station.

Several eye witnesses phoned the accident into to the emergency coordination Centre, 112 starting at 20.50h. A 061 Ambulance was immediately despatched, as well as the Policía Nacional and Local – Hospital Santa Ana is very close to this street.

All involved we taken to hospital; the woman, two young girls (whose condition is described as stable) and the motorbike rider.

At the time of writing, there is no information concerning the gravity of the injuries sustained nor the circumstrances on how the incident came about.
