In a recent article (published on the 13th) we reported on a body that was retrieved from the sea under the cliffs in Calahonda (Cala Zacatín) on Friday the 19th after being reported around 12.20h.

The autospy report from the Institute of Legal Medicine in Granada has confirmed that the victim, a white male, had been shot in the head with both entry and exit wounds. However, no idendity for the victim has yet been established.

The Guardia Civil Judicial Police are working with several possibilities, including unreported crimes and matching the victim to existing missing persons cases.
