The Dúrcal  and Padul Town Halls received several complaints from locals around the 20th concerning the presence of individuals pretending to be from a water-utility company.

These individuals have called, claiming to be making water-quality tests, which both Town Halls have pointed out is false as no such tests are being carried out.

The municipal water-supply comes under municipal management in both towns and that neither is conducting water-quality studies or inspections.

For this reason, as this appears to be a scam, Dúrcal and Padul Town Halls ask residents to be cautious and never to provide personal information to these individuals and certainly not to let them in. In the case of any doubt, get in contact with your Town Hall.
